I decided to go monochrome as there was not much colour

A late morning stroll along Gurney Drive. Seems deserted but the fact is at night, the place is bustling with activity.  Groups of people hanging out, a famous hawker centre right across the street.

My sympathies to the poor lizard. The bird swooped in my house and just grabbed the lizard by its neck at I think you can picture what happened next.

Macro - Fly

This little fly was good enough to pose for me while I took some shots of it, that was until I used the flash..

Shot taken with Canon EOS 600D, focal length at 250mm, f/5.6 at 1/200 with ISO 400 and a bit of fill in flash.

Fire

Well, the BBQ was certainly scrumptious. So while the fire was being set up and there were embers and flames, it was time for a bit of photography.
